Mr. Testo, as the founder of Grizzly, has been instrumental in assembling significant land positions hosting potential for gold, silver, copper, potash and diamond deposits, and funding its exploration programs.
Dr. Solomon (Sam) Pillersdorf
Dr. Pillerdorf has been involved in the mining sector for over 10 years, including funding start-up mining companies and sourcing and funding resource claims. Dr. Pillersdorf is Head of Rheumatology Outpatients and Head of Rheumatology training at the McMaster University Medical Center.
Ray Wytinck, M.Sc.
Mr. Wytinck has been involved in various capacities in the Agri-business sector over the past 25 years, primarily related to merchandising of seed and fertilizer products through wholesale and retail channels. Mr. Wytinck brings practical insight into the fertilizer business, and has a particular focus on advancing the Company’s Alberta Potash Project. Mr. Wytinck holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Manitoba.
Jo Price, M.Sc., MBA, P.Geo.
Ms. Price is an independent geological consultant to a number of junior mining and exploration companies with more than 20 years in the field, including 10 years in project management. She has worked on multiple gold, poly-metallic, and graphite projects in the USA, Australia, and Canada. Jo has a Bachelor of Science in Geology (1995) from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, and a Master of Science in Geology (1997) from Dalhousie University in Halifax. Jo is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC). During her career, Jo has managed multi-million dollar exploration programs overseeing technical direction, budgets, and operations. She has extensive experience in field operations, drill programs, technical database administration, land management, community relations, and exploration permitting in multiple jurisdictions. Jo currently serves as Vice President of Exploration for K2 Gold Corp.
Jim Greig, MBA
Jim holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, a BA Geography from Carleton University and has 20 years of experience in the resource sector, including advancement of the 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa as a member of mine development team at Keegan Resources Inc. (now Asanko Gold). Jim is currently President and a Director of Benchmark Metals Inc. and is involved in several resource sector companies. Selected previous engagements include the Hunter-Dickinson Group (HDI), Kennecott Canada, Breakwater Resources Ltd, McIntosh Engineering and Stantec Engineering.
