Michael Dufresne

M.Sc., P.Geol., Geological Consultant

Mr. Dufresne is a partner with APEX Geoscience Ltd., an established geological consulting company focused on diamond, gold and base metal exploration in Alberta, B.C., Nunavut, NWT and Australia. Mr. Dufresne has worked with the Company since its inception, participating in both its land assembly as well as serving as Qualified Person for all its exploration programs.



James (Jim) Greig, MBA – Corporate Development

Jim holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, a BA from Carleton University and 20+ years of experience in the resource sector, including advancement of the 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa, as part of the mine development team at Keegan Resources Inc. (now Asanko Gold). Other resource sector engagements include the Hunter-Dickinson Group, Kennecott Canada, Breakwater Resources Ltd, McIntosh and Stantec Engineering.

Gregory Aharonian

Greg Aharonian is considered a leading expert and has advised corporations, law firms, and financial firms for over 25 years on patent quality, technology valuation and technology financing and specializing in renewable energy and eco-friendly mineral extraction. Mr. Aharonian will be assisting the Board to develop financial strategies for Grizzly to leverage and augment its physical and intellectual properties and to obtain cost-effective financing. His unique talents, expertise, and contacts will be valuable assets to the Company.

Paul Morrow

Paul Morrow is president and founder of SDAC of Homestead, Florida and Selma Alabama, which has become one of the fastest growing minority-owned federal contractors in the United States. Mr. Morrow will be assisting the Board in business development and financial strategies.
