(TSX VENTURE:GZD) (OTCQX:GZDIF) (FRANKFURT:G6H - News) ("Grizzly" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an investor relations agreement (the "Agreement") with MZHCI, LLC, an MZ-Group Company (the "Consultant" or "MZHCI"). MZ-HCI will provide investor relations advice to the Company, including assistance in developing, implementing and maintaining awareness of the Company among equity brokers, analysts, micro-cap portfolio/fund managers, market makers and appropriate financial and trade publications.MZ group (www.groupmz.com) is world's largest independent global investor relations and corporate communications firm.
